You can pay for any order using:

• Card — Visa/Mastercard, processed securely via Stripe
• Cash on Delivery — pay the courier when your order arrives
• Masrawe Wallet — pay from your own wallet balance
• Fawaterk — a local payment gateway supporting multiple payment options
• Valu — Buy Now, Pay Later installment financing

Your Wallet holds a real balance you can spend at checkout, alongside or instead of another payment method. It's credited by refunds, loyalty point redemptions, referral rewards, and review rewards - never by a third party.

Card payments are processed directly by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor - your full card number is never seen or stored by Masrawe.

An approved refund is returned to whichever method you originally paid with wherever the provider supports it automatically, or credited to your Wallet when it doesn't. You're notified as soon as your refund is actually completed, not just approved.
